At Promotions International Pty Ltd, we take customer satisfaction very seriously. The use of customer surveys allow us to monitor our performance as rated by our customers.
The half-yearly surveys also provide a means to collect valuable customer feedback on the current needs of our customers. This has resulted in improvements in many of our service offering and streamlined our internal processes.
The latest survey resulted in the the extension of hours of operation, implementation of credit cards services, and online requests for Quotations.
