Here’s our simple 5 step process
Step 1 – The High Impact Planning Call
When at a time convenient to you, one of our Promotional Products Strategists will discuss with you what the goal of your promotion or campaign is… then reverse engineer your whole strategy to determine a range of practical and measurable options to give you the greatest chance of success. Of course this call is kept confidential and obligation free, giving you confidence and peace of mind you expect and deserve.
Step 2 – The Proposal
At the completion of your Extreme Impact Strategy Call, we’re often asked to prepare a proposal to supply Promotional Gifts to compliment your campaign as discussed. Once we have received your specifications and unique requirements, we can go to work sourcing the best products at the best price. Your proposal can be compiled and presented back to you usually within 48 hours. To ensure we can maintain the best pricing available for you, your proposal will remain valid for 21 days.
Step 3 – Acceptance
When you accept our proposal to supply Promotional Product, or often called Corporate Gifts, for your next campaign, all that is required to get the ball rolling is a simple phone call to your Promotional Products Strategist.
Step 4 – Reserve your stock and commence production.
Once your order has been received, we will immediately confirm any artwork or specifications required with our supplier and schedule production to ensure your delivery date as requested is locked in. In the extremely unlikely event there is any problem or delay with your order, you will be notified immediately to discuss options. Rest assured we make our commitment to you our number 1 priority and will leave no stone unturned to avoid any inconvenience to you at all times.
Step 5 – Delivery
Your promotional items will be shipped to you safely and securely via our trusted courier company by your nominated delivery date. On receipt all we ask is that you check and confirm the contents to ensure all is to your satisfaction. Again, in the extremely unlikely event there is any problem with your delivery, jump on the phone straight away and we will ensure it is rectified with the minimum of fuss.
